How much do you charge?
Our pricing depends on the size of your line-up and your location. Once we have a few basic details about your event, we'll send you an accurate, tailored price. Get in touch to arrange a chat.
My venue has a sound limiter. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Our team is experienced with sound limiters. We sound check thoroughly beforehand and monitor decibel levels throughout the event.
How far do you travel?
We're UK based but frequently travel worldwide. For events abroad, our planners will help with all the arrangements involved.
How long can you play for?
Our service includes 4 to 5 hours of DJ, with 3 x 40-minute sets featuring live, interactive instrumentalists. We can also extend the DJ set past midnight.
Can we choose the set list?
Yes. Once your event is confirmed, we'll arrange a follow-up meeting about six weeks before to go through genres, song requests and any songs you'd like us to avoid.
How many of you are there?
BeatPlayLive starts as a 3-piece: DJ, saxophonist and percussionist. For an even bigger sound, add electric violin, trumpet or trombone.
