No need to worry! Our experienced team is adept at handling sound limiters. We conduct thorough sound checks beforehand and continually monitor dB levels throughout the event.
While we're UK-based, we frequently travel worldwide! For overseas events, our planners will assist you with all the necessary arrangements involved in booking an event abroad.
Our service includes 4/5 hours of DJ, along with 3 x 40-minute sets featuring live, interactive instrumentalists. Additionally, we offer the option to extend the DJ service after midnight.
We understand the importance of tailoring each event to your specific needs. Once your event is confirmed, we'll schedule a follow-up meeting approximately 6 weeks before the event to discuss any genre/song requests, as well as any songs you'd like us to avoid!
BeatPlayLive begins as a 3-piece setup comprising a DJ, saxophonist, and percussionist. For an even more dynamic experience, we offer the option to add additional instruments such as electric violin, trumpet, and trombone!
